È ora di fare

In Unità 3 we continue to introduce the most basic elements of the Italian language through phrases, situations, and topics that relate to students’ lives and daily, routine interactions. Students will learn the grammatical structures and vocabulary they need in order to talk about their studies and make plans, and they will learn to communicate through gestures, among other things. The in-class activity packet and the interactive exercises contain plenty of opportunities for students to explore contemporary Italian culture and put the language to use. Specifically, in this unit, we explore songs that feature common idioms that Italian-speakers use in everyday conversation.
