Why It Matters: ¿Qué clases tomas?

In Capítulo 1, we learned vocabulary about the classroom. In Capítulo 2, we will expand on themes related to your academic life at your college or university: classes, majors, and locations in higher education.

As you have no doubt noticed, one of the most important concerns of university life is time management. Capítulo 2 will give you the tools to talk about schedules — seasons, months, days, and dates — in Spanish.

As always, here are some songs to set the mood for the chapter — scroll through the titles and see if you can guess what they have in common. If any of the songs grab your attention, click play to listen.
